The holiday season is here which means dinners, parties and entertaining. Some people seem to be naturally gifted at food preparation, decorating and hosting parties. The rest of us need a little help. Thankfully, there’s KPTS Create 8.3. It’s a 24-hour network on cooking, crafting, gardening, home improvement and travel. This time of year, the cooking shows are full of great holiday recipes and tips for entertaining and decorating. Personally, I’m a fan of Barbecue America and Barbecue University. I’ve picked up some recipes as well as numerous grilling tips and tricks (like how to get perfect grill marks on chicken breast).
