Recently, a Lawrence, Kansas, smoking ban was upheld by the state supreme court, opening the door for more communities to enact tougher smoking laws. On this month’s Health Watch, we take a look at some of these local smoking bans, as well as, Wichita’s efforts to ban smoking in public places.
