Antiques Roadshow will stop in Wichita, KS. on July 12, 2008.

Antiques Roadshow's 2008 Tour features a series of local events at which top appraisers offer the public free evaluations of antiques and collectibles-revealing the often surprising history and value of these items.
In each hour-long Roadshow episode, specialists from the country's leading auction houses — Bonhams and Butterfields, Christie's, Doyle New York, Skinner and Sotheby's — and independent dealers from across the nation offer free appraisals of antiques and collectibles.
Antiques Roadshow cameras capture tales of family heirlooms, yard sale bargains and long-lost items salvaged from attics and basements, while experts reveal the fascinating truths about these finds.
Ticket Information For The Antiques Roadshow Event
Admission to ANTIQUES ROADSHOW events is free, but tickets are required and must be obtained in advance.
The free ticket application process ended Sunday, April 20, 2008.
Online ticket applicants will be informed on or around May 9th as to whether they will or will not receive tickets. People who mailed in applications will not receive advance notification if they have been selected.

Ticket holders are invited to bring two items for a free verbal evaluation by experts from the world's leading auction houses-including Bonhams & Butterfields, Christie's, Doyle New York, Freeman's, Skinner, Sotheby's, and Swann Galleries-and by leading independent appraisers and dealers. All ticket holders are guaranteed an appraisal.

How do you decide who gets tickets?
Ticket recipients are selected at random from all ticket applicants.
How many times can I apply for tickets?
Only one application per household, either postcard or online will be accepted. You may only apply to one event. Extra submissions will be discarded.
How many tickets can I get?
There is a two-ticket limit per household.
Why is the number of tickets limited?
Capacity at this event is limited. In the interest of fairness the ANTIQUES ROADSHOW wants to make as many tickets as possible available to the large numbers of households who wish to attend the Roadshow events.
Is there a service charge for the tickets?
There is no cost or service charge for ANTIQUES ROADSHOW tickets. ANTIQUES ROADSHOW will mail tickets to those selected, free of charge.
Will you confirm that you received my ticket application?
If you apply for tickets online, ANTIQUES ROADSHOW will send you an e-mail confirming your application. If you apply for tickets via postcard, ANTIQUES ROADSHOW cannot confirm receipt of your application.
When does the ticket selection take place?
Ticket recipients will be selected from eligible applicants after the ticket application deadline.
Will you contact me to let me know if I'm chosen to receive tickets?
If you applied online, then you will receive an e-mail on or about May 9, 2008, informing you whether you will or will not be receiving tickets. If you applied for tickets by postcard and are chosen to receive tickets, you will not receive a confirmation prior to receiving the tickets.
If I am selected to receive tickets, when will I receive them?
If you are selected to receive tickets, they will be mailed to you approximately two to four weeks before the event date.
Will the ticket envelope be from ANTIQUES ROADSHOW?
If you are selected for tickets, they will arrive in a plain white envelope. Be careful not to throw them away.
Will tickets be available at the event?
No, tickets will not be available on the day of the event. If you do not have a ticket, you cannot be admitted to the event.
I was selected to receive tickets, but I haven't received them. What should I do?
If you were selected, and your tickets have not arrived within one week of the event, please call WGBH Member & Development Services at 617-300-5400 for further instructions.
The tickets are free, so why did I see some for sale?
The ANTIQUES ROADSHOW offers all of our tickets to the public free of charge. ANTIQUES ROADSHOW also provides a limited number of tickets to the local public television stations, which they may use for fundraising purposes. The sale or resale of tickets offered through the ticket application process is prohibited by ANTIQUES ROADSHOW.
