PBS KANSAS Community Advisory Board (CAB)
CAB is a standing committee composed of persons representative of communities served by PBS KANSAS. CAB reviews the programming goals established by PBS KANSAS, the service provided by the station, and the significant policy decisions rendered by the station.
CAB advises the governing Board of Trustees with respect to whether the programming and other policies of PBS KANSAS are meeting the specialized educational and cultural needs of the communities served by the station, and may make such recommendations, as it considers appropriate to meet such needs.
The role of CAB is solely advisory in nature and may at any time make recommendations to the governing Board of Trustees for approval and implementation. Through an annual report, CAB advises the Board of Trustees whether programming and services of PBS KANSAS are meeting the needs of the viewing communities.
All meetings are at 6:00 p.m. (3rd Tuesday every other month starting in July unless otherwise noted)
